Alchemy Crystal Sound Healing Journey
Alchemy crystal singing bowls are crafted using pure quartz, crystal, gemstones, minerals, and metals. They are designed to produce resonant tones heard and felt in the body.
They are specifically designed to amplify the energetic properties of the materials they contain. Each bowl is crafted with a specific intention. As the crystal bowls vibrate, they transmit the healing properties of each crystal from the bowls that can balance and activate physically, emotionally, or spiritually.
The experience of listening to the tones of the crystal bowls can be deeply transformative, helping to release blockages and balance. Each session is different and unique from what I sense in the audience’s energy. We start with various exercises, including breathing, simple body movements, and vocal toning.
My intention in facilitating sound journeys is to hold space for us to travel to the heart space, bathing in the sound waves of crystal bowls and opening up a space for practicing deep listening, from the sounds of the instruments to any visions, memories, and intuition during the sound journey.
